Itineraries are subject to some variation depending on seasonal venue availability and may vary from those advertised. Substitutions of equal quality may be made as required.
Our price includes tasting charges at all venues but not lunch or dinner additions, aside from food options outlined in the tour description.
For trips visiting wineries/breweries/cideries, guests must be 18 years or over and may be asked for proof of age at venues.
Reservation & Payment
Any online reservation or booking must be accompanied by confirmation of payment of the full price for the selected tour together with any associated booking fees that may apply.
All guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the activity from the Operator at all times. This includes Health and Safety Policies outlined at venues and within the vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicles.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside our vehicles.
The traveler has no right to claim against Fieldtrip for any loss, damage, delay or injury caused to the traveler or their baggage whilst under the care or control of the provider. A travelers’s baggage and personal effects shall be carried at owner’s risk as provided for under the Carriage of Goods Act.
Fieldtrip is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses due to delays or alterations in air, land or sea travel due to inclement weather, acts of God, strikes, breakdowns, civil unrest, quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control.
A 100% refund if customer cancellation is notified 36 hours or more prior to the tour departure time.
50% of the total price is due if cancellation occurs between 24 and 36 hours before the tour.
Full payment is required if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of tour time.
